焚燒爐燃燒器常見(jiàn)故障分析

1、燃燒器不能啟動(dòng)了，是何道理？
a、爐內(nèi)光線(xiàn)強(qiáng)烈及其它地方有光透入到燃燒器光敏管，應(yīng)及時(shí)排除泄漏。
b、無(wú)電源輸入。
c、程控器損壞。
d、油路堵塞
2、燃燒器，點(diǎn)火失靈應(yīng)該怎么辦？
a、第一次或油位低時(shí)點(diǎn)火，油管含空氣首次點(diǎn)火可能不成功，需在點(diǎn)火不成功后20秒按復(fù)位鍵重新啟動(dòng)燃燒器，有時(shí)可能以上動(dòng)作要進(jìn)行幾次。
b、燃料過(guò)濾器堵塞，應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗過(guò)濾器。
c、油壓不合理，霧化不好，調(diào)整出口壓力至10-12Kgf/cm2。
d、電磁閥失靈了，檢修或更換。
e、點(diǎn)火電極距離太遠(yuǎn)，重新調(diào)整至3-5mm。
f、 點(diǎn)火變壓器故障，及時(shí)更換。
4、燃燒器故障表格分析
